Hello! I am a philosopher of science specializing in evolutionary and developmental biology. I am interested in how biologists investigate, explain, and model causal processes in evolution.

I am completing my Ph.D. in Philosophy at Duke University (under the direction of Robert Brandon and Alex Rosenberg) and an M.S. in Biology (with Dan McShea). During the 2023-2024 academic year, I will be a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania.
